About This Course

This course will prepare students to take the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Private Pilot Written Exam and Remote Pilot Written exam. Students who obtain at least a 3rd class medical can additionally receive flight training that can be credited towards their Private Pilot Certificate. Some students choose to supplement their flight training with private lessons enabling them to complete their first solo flight and possibly earn their Pilot License while still in high school. Medical’s require an appointment with an FAA approved Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) and completing the required paperwork on www.medxpress.faa.gov.

This course is also ideal for those students considering the pursuit of non-flying aviation careers as well. The classroom is a training lab that is equipped with a full set of computers, multiple FAA approved simulators that training will be conducted in for all students to expose them to the atmosphere that aviation professionals are trained and versed in.

During student flight training, state-of-the-art equipments used to train the students in modern aviation trends and safety standards. Including but not limited to digital cockpit displays and modern avionics equal to that of professional and collegiate level training programs.  Aircraft flight training will be conducted at Republic Airport.
